Co-ordinator
to develop a User Led Organisation and a Centre of Independent Living for Disabled People in Telford and Wrekin
LA Salary Range SCP 32-34
20 hours per week : £14,880 per annum
18 Month Fixed-Term Contract
An opportunity has arisen for a Co-ordinator to work with a group of local disabled people and carers to develop a User Led Organisation in Telford & Wrekin.
The postholder will need to work in partnership with local disability voluntary groups and the Local Authority and Primary Care Trust in helping to build a consultative and support structure within Telford for people with disabilities.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake disclosure by the Criminal Records Bureau and medical assessment through the Local Authority’s Occupational Health Service.

CONTRACTS DEVELOPMENT WORKER
LA Salary Range SCP 29
36 hours per week : £24,402 per annum
2 Year Fixed-Term Contract
This interesting position requires an experienced person to develop and deliver a support package for Voluntary Sector organisations interested in tendering for public services. This will involve working with voluntary groups and statutory agencies to identify appropriate ways in which to achieve this. Experience of the Voluntary Sector and contracts is essential.

BASIS PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
LA Salary Range SCP 29
18 hours per week : £12,201 per annum
5 Year Fixed-Term Contract
The postholder will be required to manage this project which will support the Voluntary Sector to generate income by fundraising and the use of IT. The post also involves directly working with voluntary groups, training delivery and promotion of the project. Having a solid understanding of the Voluntary Sector, the successful applicant will also possess experience in project management and fundraising.

BASIS PROJECT WORKER

18 hours per week : £11,000 per annum
5 Year Fixed-Term Contract
The postholder will directly support the Voluntary Sector with internet donor and trading income generation. The successful candidate will need to have experience in identifying computer system requirements for internet applications and have an innovative approach to fundraising using the internet. A good educational background and enthusiasm is essential.
